What should I expect at my complimentary consultation?
Your complimentary consultation is all about making you feel comfortable and informed. When you arrive, our team will greet you and guide you through a comprehensive clinical examination with Dr. Telles to look at your bite and talk through your smile goals. To design your custom treatment plan, we may also take digital X-rays, dental photographs, and impressions of your teeth. Don't forget to bring along your orthodontic insurance info, a list of any current medications, and any past dental records or X-rays you might have!
Who is the doctor at this practice?
Dr. Vicente Telles is the primary doctor at our office. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Dr. Telles earned his dental degree and first orthodontic certificate there, served as an orthodontist in the Brazilian Navy for seven years, and later obtained his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. He's fluent in English and Portuguese and loves staying active with volleyball or unwinding with video games when he's out of the clinic!
