"Each staff person there is kind, has such a great way with my kids. We’ve had some common wear and tear issues (like bracket fell off) and they squeezed us in quickly. We use both Penn Hills and Murrysville. And both sites are wonderful."
"2 of my kids were patients here. My son had braces for 5 years needing a fairly difficult correction. 8 years later his bite is perfect, still. My daughter just got her braces off after 3 years. The staff is compassionate and their process lets kids feel in charge of their appointments and I believe improves compliance. After over a decade watching this office work, they are a well oiled machine. They have the process down and are extremely efficient. From insurance approval up to your retainer fitting, you and your kid will be well cared for."

They explain EVERYTHING before you start the treatment and after. Also, they were about $1500 less than any other orthodontist in the area and gave a sibling discount. A++++++"

"I would say they are the best in town. I had the honor of having Dr. Loyacona as my ortho until he retired 3 months ago. The staff is helpful, kind, and organized, especially the secretaries. They are very professional and I recommend them to anyone that’s getting braces for the first time. They are helpful and also provide any assistance in any shape or form."

"I love coming here because everyone is so nice. I don't remember the two women I was talking to waiting for my retainers, but they were so nice and so relatable. I enjoy their company and appreciate meeting them cause they made my day. Also when you go in have fun colored hair because they love it and we were having great conversation. Everyone there is very kind and they do an great job with my teeth. I got complicated from a wired old dude that I have a great smile, so I count that as a win. I love my smile in pictures. ❤️❤️❤️"

"My first child received braces 10 years ago. Sent my youngest there to the Pennhills location and I’m still very impressed with the services being received. Everyone is nice and respectful. Receptionist and other woman that works at the front desk were very very nice. Services are quick. Scheduling be right on time. Took my son for a consult knowing we would need braces. Right after consult and agreed payment plan my son received braces right then and there."

"We have been going too Loyacona’s Uniontown office for almost 5 years now and there is no other office for us!We started our youngest with Loyacona & his staff very young at 7yrs old. Being very frightened and nervous in the beginning, our daughter was a challenge to work on to say the least, but Dr. L and his staff at the Uniontown office gained her trust and gave her a since of calmness and made her feel at ease. Thank you for being so patient and kind with her. With the Uniontown office staff being so professional, it only made since that our son get his perfected smile through Loyacona Ortho as well. We are so pleased with your excellent costumer service.The staff is always friendly, never pushy or dismissive. You’re not just “another patient” to them, and it shows. "I’m using my daughter’s google account to write this review, but she would agree 100%. Dr. Loyacona has done all 3 of my childrens ortho, and we couldn’t be happier. They love his personality, and I love his professionalism and knowledge. I’ve been in the dental field for 35 years, and seeing so many cases, it was an easy decision for me. My daughter had a complex case, and he always made things easy for her to understand. She actually now aspires to be an orthodontist, and I know it stemmed from him!
