"2 of my kids were patients here. My son had braces for 5 years needing a fairly difficult correction. 8 years later his bite is perfect, still. My daughter just got her braces off after 3 years. The staff is compassionate and their process lets kids feel in charge of their appointments and I believe improves compliance. After over a decade watching this office work, they are a well oiled machine. They have the process down and are extremely efficient. From insurance approval up to your retainer fitting, you and your kid will be well cared for."

"I have always loved Dr.Loyacona’s office. Dr. Loyacona was my orthodontist 20 years ago and now the current staff has taken amazing care of my daughter for the last 2.5 years. They are very friendly and will do their best to work with you scheduling. Office is clean and spacious. Staff is gentle but thorough. "I have been with Dr. Loyacona and staff since February 2022 when I initially got braces. They have all been NOTHING LESS than kind, courteous and very professional. Always attentive to my orthodontic needs. I'm now free of braces, however I am in a retainer and the transition was seamless. Everyone from the front desk staff to all the ladies in the back have been exceptional in my care. I CANNOT say enough about my experience. Dr. Loyacona gave me my beautiful smile back!! I would like to give a special shout out to Miss Kim & Dottie who worked feverishly to ensure I had my retainers replaced so I wouldn't be without them for the weekend. You all rock! "I am a 49 year old woman who last year decided I was going to finally fix my teeth. After a battle with cancer, I decided that it was the right time to focus on me for a little while. I e had my braces on for over a year and a half now. Dr. Loyacona has from day one been amazing. He explains things in depth, he doesn’t rush and make you feel like your just another patient in his chair. The girls are so sweet and always have uplifting things to say when I come in. "My first child received braces 10 years ago. Sent my youngest there to the Pennhills location and I’m still very impressed with the services being received. Everyone is nice and respectful. Receptionist and other woman that works at the front desk were very very nice. Services are quick. Scheduling be right on time. Took my son for a consult knowing we would need braces. Right after consult and agreed payment plan my son received braces right then and there."

"Dorothy (the receptionist) is VERY RUDE and acts as tho you are interrupting her everytime you need to schedule an appointment or she needs to sign you in. If I had to do a review on her I would have definitely given 0 stars.. both of my children needed braces but the insurance company wouldn’t approve.. we even tried thru another orthodontist to which they got declined.. Thank goodness I decided to call them to get pricing and spoke to Sarah who was very helpful and said that my daughter should have been approved since the last time that she was there she should have been approved.. and she wasn’t sure why she wasn’t approved.. so I explained the situation and she asked if I could bring her in for them to resubmit to the insurance cause she felt confident that they would cover it.. so I did just that.. and she was able to get it approved thru the insurance. If it was wasn’t for Sarah being so helpful, I probably wouldn’t have went there back there at all. I understand people have bad days but when your rude attitude doesn’t change after months.. you shouldn’t be working with the public.. let alone children!! If you see Dorothy when you go there good luck.. be prepared for an attitude worse than a teenagers attitude!!!"
"My son recently got his braces on. We have been treated wonderfully at every visit we've had. From the consultation to getting the braces on, and every appt afterward, we have been taken care of quickly and everyone that we have dealt with has been kind and answers all of our questions. My son had to have some extractions done, and they referred us to a fabulous dentist for that as well.Our technician, Sarah, is very knowledgeable and patient with my son. She explains each step of the process which is so helpful to both me and my son. Thank you, Dr. Loyacona and staff, for being great at what you do - we sure do appreciate it!"

The staff is amazing and so polite. The waiting room is clean and sometimes they set up a raffle prize drawling so the kids feel they have a chance to win a small gift. Parents/parent remains in the waiting room or in their vehicle until the child/children are done, when the dentist is done, then they call the parent back to go over everything. You can request to speak to the dentist before your child goes back as well... Could use some good entertainment like some read worthy magazines in the waiting room or a TV to keep the adults occupied, especially if the waiting period is 45 mins to an hour, or longer depending on how many patients are seen that day lol just a suggestion..."
